Role: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ERP transformation, a robust command of project management tools and methodologies, and exceptional leadership skills to drive successful delivery of large-scale, complex initiatives.
This role demands a hands-on leader who can effectively manage stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors, while ensuring timely execution, quality outcomes, and strong client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Execution
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations using leading project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Smartsheet, etc.)
• Define clear project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and ensure on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery.

ERP Implementation Leadership
• Lead end-to-end ERP implementations, from project initiation and requirements gathering to go-live and post-deployment stabilization.
• Drive continuous system improvement and optimization in collaboration with business and IT teams.
• Ensure adherence to ERP best practices and implementation frameworks.
3. Client & Stakeholder Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, communications, and relationships throughout the project lifecycle with professionalism, empathy, and maturity.
• Present project updates, milestones, risks, and outcomes to executive stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
• Partner with business leaders to ensure the solution meets strategic and operational needs while proactively identifying and escalating any potential risks or challenges that could impact delivery.
