About the Role
As part of the Founder's Office – Growth & Marketing, you'll work closely with the Founder and leadership team to drive business growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness. You'll contribute to sales, marketing, lead generation, and strategic initiatives while collaborating across teams to execute high-impact projects. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced Fintech startup environment and want to build a career in Growth, Marketing, and Business Strategy.
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and engage prospective Banks, NBFCs and enterprise customers.
Schedule customer meetings, product demonstrations, and follow up throughout the sales cycle.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other online channels.
Create marketing content, presentations, case studies, brochures, and product collateral.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.




Support go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, product launches, webinars, and industry events.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams to support customer requirements and strategic initiatives.
Maintain sales pipelines, campaign performance reports, and CRM updates.
Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events, with travel as required.
Skills Required
