Role Description The Laser Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik, responsible for operating CNC fiber laser cutting machines to produce sheet metal components according to drawings and production plans. Day-to-day tasks include setting up machines,



selecting appropriate materials and cutting parameters, loading and unloading sheets, and monitoring the cutting process to ensure accurate and consistent results. The role involves inspecting finished parts for dimensional accuracy and surface quality, identifying and correcting minor machine issues, and coordinating with the production team to meet delivery schedules. The Laser Operator will also maintain a clean and safe work area, follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures, and document production data and machine usage. Collaboration with supervisors and quality personnel to continuously improve processes and reduce errors is an key aspect of this position.
Qualifications
