Bank Follow-up Officer (BFO)

Experience: 0-1 Years (Banking/DSA/NBFC/Financial Services preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with banks, RMs, and internal teams for loan processing.
Track loan applications from login to disbursement.
Follow up with banks to ensure timely approvals and reduce TAT.
Collect and verify customer documents (KYC, ITR, GST, bank statements, property documents).
Coordinate legal, technical, and valuation processes for secured loans.
Maintain CRM, MIS, and loan status reports.
Follow up on consultancy fees and bank payouts.
Build strong relationships with banking partners.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration,



Finance, banking, or a related field.
0-1 years of relevant experience.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Skills
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Knowledge of loan processing and banking documentation
MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM proficiency
Good analytical and organizational skills
