We are seeking highly motivated proactive HR interns for our Talent Acquisition team in Whirlpool India. This is a crucial role, responsible for hiring great talent across the organization that will directly impact our business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Understanding recruitment requirements from internal teams
Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Screening resumes based upon job requirements and shortlisting criteria
Conducting initial telephonic interviews
Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Following up with candidates for interview feedback and joining
Learning end-to-end recruitment process
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Recently completed an MBA/PGDM
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with a wide range of people.
Data Proficiency: Microsoft Excel/Google Sheet
