At RIDHIMA BHASIN , a premium couture fashion label, we are looking for an experienced Online Fashion Merchandiser to join our team in Noida.

This role is ideal for professionals who have worked with Designer Fashion Brands, Couture Labels, Luxury Fashion Brands, or Domestic Fashion/Apparel Brands and have hands-on experience managing online customer communication, merchandising, and sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, email, website, and other online communication channels.
- Respond to product, order, and customization queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Convert customer inquiries into confirmed sales through effective communication and relationship management.
- Coordinate closely with the production team to ensure smooth order execution and timely updates.
- Manage customer communication throughout the order lifecycle, from inquiry to delivery.
- Maintain accurate order information and ensure seamless coordination between customers and internal teams.
- Deliver a premium customer experience that reflects the values of the RIDHIMA BHASIN brand.
- Support merchandising and day-to-day online brand communication activities.

Required Experience We are looking for candidates who have:
- 2–4 years of experience in Fashion Merchandising or Customer Merchandising within the fashion/apparel industry.




- Experience working with Designer Fashion Brands, Couture Labels, Luxury Fashion Brands, Contemporary Fashion Labels, or Domestic Apparel Brands .
- Strong understanding of garment production, order management, and customer coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer conversations and orders simultaneously.
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for luxury fashion.

Important Note To ensure the best fit for this role, we are seeking professionals whose experience aligns with designer, couture, luxury, or domestic fashion brands . Profiles primarily focused on export merchandising or export-house merchandising are not aligned with the responsibilities of this position.

Work Location

Noida, Uttar Pradesh

This is a full-time, office-based position . Remote or work-from-home arrangements are not available.
