Jobrole The Sales Counsellor is responsible for guiding prospective clients, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable services or programs. The role includes handling enquiries, conducting counselling sessions, explaining service advantages, following up with leads, achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate client records, and building strong client relationships through excellent communication and professional customer service.
