About the Role

GPC Agrochemicals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and drive business growth across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube .
- Improve website visibility through SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across all major platforms.
- Generate quality leads through digital campaigns and continuously optimize conversion rates.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console .
- Collaborate with the design, content, and development teams to execute impactful marketing campaigns.
- Manage email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and marketing automation campaigns.




- Track campaign performance, prepare analytical reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field .
- 4–8 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics (GA4), and Social Media Marketing .
- Experience with WordPress , CMS platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver measurable business results.

Preferred Skills

- Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot certifications will be an added advantage.
- Experience in Agriculture, FMCG, Manufacturing, or B2B Marketing is preferred.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
