? Who This Role Is For

Our clients are navigating deeply personal fertility conversations, often after years of trying, and comfort matters as much as skill in these conversations. If you can build trust quickly, listen without judgment, and sell with genuine care, this role is for you.

? About the Role

This is a sales role that starts with listening. Every person you speak to booked the call themselves — they've been trying to conceive, often for years, and they've decided to talk to someone about it. Before you can explain the SBH Approach to anyone, you have to understand what they've already been through: what they've tried, what they've been told, what they're afraid of. The consultants who do well here get that part right first. The enrolments follow.

Around 100 consultations a month, on video, on a schedule you manage yourself.

? What You'll Do

- Speak with inbound leads over video — every one of them chose to be there
- Understand each client's situation before you explain anything
- Walk clients through what the SBH Approach involves, in plain language
- Guide clients into the program and help them commit to it




- Own your numbers — and know why you're ahead or behind
- Keep your CRM current and accurate
- Coordinate with internal teams on follow-ups and program execution

? What We're Looking For

- At least a year closing sales in a target-driven role
- Fluent, confident spoken Hindi and English (both required)

- Telugu is a plus
- Real listening — you hear what people aren't saying
- A track record of earning trust from strangers, quickly
- Comfort working independently, without anyone watching
- An interest in health and wellness. A background in it is a plus, not a requirement

? Salary & Incentives

- Fixed salary of ₹15,000–20,000 per month , based on experience — plus performance incentives on top
- Incentives are calculated on the cash actually collected from full-time members, beginning from your 5th sale in a month — your first four sales each month build toward the threshold and are not part of the incentive calculation
- 8% → your base rate, earned on all eligible sales once you have closed more than four in a month, holding through to fourteen closings

- 9% → when your monthly total reaches 15 sales, applied to every eligible sale that month, not only the ones past the fifteenth

- 10% → when you cross 20 sales in a month, again applied across all your eligible sales for the month

- 12.5% → when you reach 30 sales in a month, earned on your entire eligible base — the top of the structure, and a genuinely robust month ✨ What We Also Offer
