Required Skills:

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a WebLogic Server Administrator.
- Solid understanding of Java Enterprise Edition (JEE) technologies, including EJBs, Servlets, JSPs, and JMS.
- Experience with configuring and managing WebLogic Server clusters.
- Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting WebLogic Server environments.
- Experience in middleware application support and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain Oracle WebLogic Server instances and clusters.
- Plan and execute WebLogic Server upgrades and patches.
- Monitor and tune WebLogic Server performance, including memory usage, thread pools, and connection pools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve WebLogic Server related issues,



including deployment failures, performance bottlenecks, and application errors.
- Configure and manage security for WebLogic Server domains, including user authentication and authorization, and SSL/TLS.
- Manage and deploy Java applications to WebLogic Server using tools like WLST and WebLogic Deploy.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth application deployments and resolve deployment issues.
- Maintain and update documentation for WebLogic Server environments.
- Participate in on-call rotation for production support.
- Stay current with the latest WebLogic Server features and best practices.
