Role Description The Web Application Developer is a full time, hybrid role based in Kota, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The developer will design, build, and maintain secure and scalable web applications that support internal teams and client-facing services. Day-to-day activities include developing back-end services and APIs, integrating data sources, implementing object-oriented software solutions, and ensuring application performance and reliability.

The role also involves collaborating with wealth consultants and operations staff to understand business requirements, translating them into technical specifications,



and participating in code reviews and testing. The developer will troubleshoot issues, optimize existing systems, and contribute to continuous improvement of Karv Capital’s digital platforms.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Web Application Development and building robust Web Applications.
- Candidates should possess solid experience in Back-End Web Development and general Software Development.
- Candidates should possess a good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and their practical application.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript) and common web frameworks.
- Candidates should possess experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), RESTful APIs, version control (e.g., Git), and basic security best practices.
- Candidates should possess effective problem-solving skills, the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, and strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Exposure to financial services or fintech environments and familiarity with performance optimization and cloud-based deployment will be considered an advantage.
