Career Opportunity Regulatory, Quality & Warehouse Operations (Medical Devices)

We are excited to announce an opening with one of the worlds leading Medical Device MNCs, for a pivotal role in their Warehouse & Distribution Operations team, based in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure end-to-end compliance with ISO 13485:2016, Medical Devices Rules 2017, Drugs & Cosmetics Act 1940, USFDA Certification, and EU MDR requirements
- Drive Good Distribution Practices (GDP) to maintain product integrity across the supply chain
- Manage Quality Management System (QMS) processes including Change Controls, CAPAs, Deviations, and Non-Conformances
- Oversee inventory governance with FIFO/FEFO, cycle counts, and reconciliation to achieve 100% accuracy
- Coordinate with QA for product release, incoming inspections, and pre-dispatch quality checks
- Lead execution and closure of product recalls, FSCA,



and quality holds in compliance with regulatory timelines
- Ensure compliance with pricing, labeling, NPPA/DPCO regulations, and environmental standards
- Operate ERP systems (JDE, IROS) for efficient warehouse and distribution management
- Conduct training programs on SOPs, regulatory updates, and medical device handling

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 4-10 years in Medical Devices warehouse/regulatory operations (mandatory)
- Education: BS in Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Pharma, or MS in Regulatory Science
- Preferred: RAC certification, ERP knowledge (JDE/IROS), solid QMS expertise
- Skills: Project management, regulatory documentation, cross-functional coordination, and operational excellence
