(JD) MRP Labels Compliance Check in Warehouse

Position: Warehouse Executive / Store Associate – MRP Label Compliance

Department: Warehouse / Logistics

Purpose of Role: Ensure all products stored and dispatched from the warehouse comply with MRP labeling requirements as per company policies and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify MRP labels on all inbound and outbound products.
- Check label accuracy, including:
- MRP (Maximum Retail Price)
- Manufacturing date
- Batch/Lot number
- Expiry date (where applicable)
- Product description and SKU details
- Identify products with missing, damaged, incorrect, or unreadable labels.
- Segregate non-compliant inventory and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Maintain compliance records and inspection checklists.
- Coordinate with quality, procurement, and operations teams to rectify labeling issues.
- Ensure relabeled products meet company and regulatory standards before release.
- Conduct periodic warehouse audits for label compliance.




- Support inventory and stock verification activities.
- Follow warehouse safety and quality procedures.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of MRP labeling requirements and inventory management.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to identify compliance gaps and take corrective actions.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse processes and WMS/ERP systems.
- Valuable communication and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- MRP labeling compliance rate (%).
- Number of labeling discrepancies identified and resolved.
- Audit compliance score.
- Accuracy of inspection and compliance records.
- Reduction in dispatch delays due to labeling issues.

Qualification
- Graduate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 1–3 years of warehouse, inventory, or quality compliance experience preferred.
