- Deliver engaging and concept-based Physics lessons for CBSE Classes XI &
- XII.

- Prepare students for NEET, JEE Main, and JEE Advanced examinations.

- Develop integrated lesson plans combining CBSE curriculum with competitive exam preparation.

- Simplify complex Physics concepts through practical examples, demonstrations, and problem-solving techniques.

- Conduct regular classroom assessments, unit tests, mock tests, and full-length examinations.

- Prepare Daily Practice Problems (DPPs), assignments, worksheets, and question banks.

- Analyze student performance and provide personalized mentoring and remedial support.

- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and revision classes.

- Guide students on exam strategies, time management, and effective study techniques.

- Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and performance reports.

- Collaborate with academic coordinators and fellow faculty members to enhance teaching quality.

- Participate in parent meetings, faculty development programs, and school academic activities

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification

- M.Sc. Physics / M.Tech / B.E. / B.Tech (Relevant specialization)

- B.Ed.

- Additional coaching experience for NEET/JEE is highly desirable.

Experience

- Minimum 35 years of experience teaching Physics for NEET/JEE.

- Experience handling CBSE Classes XI &
- XII.

- Proven success in mentoring students for competitive entrance examinations.

Required Skills

- Strong command of Mechanics, Electricity &
- Magnetism, Contemporary Physics, Thermodynamics, Waves &
- Optics.

- Excellent conceptual teaching and numerical problem-solving abilities.

- Thorough knowledge of the latest NEET and JEE examination patterns and syllabus.

- Effective classroom management and communication skills.

- Ability to motivate, mentor, and inspire students.

- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools, smart boards, and online learning platforms.
