Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Walmart Promoter to represent our FMCG beverage brand at Walmart stores in Indore. The Promoter will be responsible for creating product awareness, driving customer trials, increasing sales, and ensuring strong brand visibility at the outlet.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and demonstrate FMCG beverage products at Walmart outlets.
Engage with customers and explain product features, perks, and USPs.
Conduct product sampling and convert customer interest into sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and sampling targets.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper shelf visibility.
Coordinate with store teams to ensure product availability and avoid stock-outs.
Ensure branding materials, POSM, and promotional displays are properly maintained.
Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the reporting manager.
Submit daily reports on sales, customer interactions, stock status, and competitor activities.
Working Schedule
Rotational schedule across 2 Walmart locations in Indore.
Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: Walmart Location 1
Friday, Saturday & Sunday: Walmart Location 2
Wednesday: Weekly Off
Availability required during weekends and promotional campaigns. Requirements
Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
0–2 years of experience in retail sales, FMCG promotions, customer service, or brand activation.
Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
Positive attitude with a passion for sales and brand promotion.
Comfortable standing for extended periods during promotional activities.
Basic smartphone proficiency for reporting and communication.
