Travel Consultant / Sr. Travel Consultant Key Responsibilities

- Handle international flight amendments including date change, reissuance, rerouting, cancellation, refund, and name correction as per airline policies.
- Interpret and apply fare rules accurately for revalidation and reissue cases.
- Coordinate with airlines for waiver approvals, schedule changes, and involuntary cases.
- Manage ADM prevention by ensuring correct pricing and compliance with airline policies.
- Provide prompt support to B2B agents via calls, emails, and CRM tools.
- Handle queue management and prioritize urgent cases.
- Support escalations and complex amendment scenarios efficiently.
- Manage LCC (Low-Cost Carrier) bookings, amendments, cancellations, and refunds as per airline-specific processes.
- Handle NDC (New Distribution Capability) bookings,

Required Skills

- Strong international ticketing & amendment knowledge.
- Hands-on experience in Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre.
- Knowledge of LCC portals & NDC booking.
- Valuable understanding of fare construction & penalties.
