ROLE: Canada Payroll Processor/SME - Walk-in drive - 8 Aug 26 - SATURDAY - Hyderabad

Exp : 1 - 8 yrs

LOCATION: Hyderabad

Job descriptions:

Job Requirements: Experience in Payroll SME domain, solid communication, stakeholder management, SLA adherence

Key Responsibilities: Manage delivery, ensure KPI/SLA, client coordination, reporting, process improvement

- Process end-to-end Canada payroll accurately and within defined timelines.
- Ensure payroll transactions comply with Canadian payroll laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Manage payroll inputs including new hires, terminations, salary revisions, bonuses, deductions, and benefits.
- Validate payroll data and resolve discrepancies before payroll execution.




- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, HR, Finance, and clients to address payroll-related queries.
- Ensure adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and audit documentation.
- Maintain employee payroll records with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support month-end and year-end payroll activities, including statutory reporting.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
