We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with experience in Windows 11 administration and end-user computing support. The candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Windows 11 systems while providing technical support to end users.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and support Windows 11 desktops/laptops.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues.
- Provide L1/L2 desktop support.
- Manage user accounts and permissions.
- Handle incident tickets within SLA.
- Support software installation and system upgrades.
