Job Title: Senior executive ( Customer Support)

Work Schedule: WFH -5 days a week Saturday working as and when required

Role Overview

We are hiring a sharp, detail-driven Profile Verification Executive to validate and update user profiles registered on our platform. This role is outbound-calling heavy and suits someone who is comfortable with volume, accuracy, and structured processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Make 180- 200 outbound calls daily to registered users
- Verify and update profile information including employment, role, and experience
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data captured during calls
- Follow defined verification guidelines and quality standards
- Maintain proper documentation and system updates




- Communicate clearly and professionally with users
- Learn process nuances quickly and adapt to changes
- Support customer profile-related queries as required

Eligibility & Requirements
- Any graduate or equivalent qualification preferred
- Prior cold calling experience is mandatory
- Recruitment or staffing experience is an added advantage
- Robust verbal communication skills in English
- High attention to detail with logical thinking ability
- Fast learner with a positive, adaptable mindset
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
