The Role

LOXIM is expanding its pharmaceutical business and is looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to support the growth of our API, pharmaceutical intermediates, and CMO/CDMO business across assigned territories.

The Senior Executive – API & Intermediates Sales & Business Development will play a key role in ensuring seamless execution of the sales process by managing customer enquiries, order processing, commercial documentation, shipment coordination, and receivables. The role serves as a vital link between customers and internal teams, ensuring timely order execution, effective communication, and an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team throughout the order lifecycle, from customer enquiry and order processing to receivables collection.
Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, order books, sales pipelines, and customer databases.
Coordinate sample dispatches, proforma invoices, and customer follow-ups to support order conversion and advance payment
