We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and commercially minded Marketing & Business Development Professional with 5–10 years of proven experience in the chemical import and export industry. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of developing domestic and international markets, generating profitable business, and building long-term customer relationships across a wide range of industries.
This is an individual contributor role that requires a highly self-motivated professional capable of independently identifying business opportunities, driving sustainable sales growth, and making a significant contribution to the company's revenue and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Drive international and domestic business development for chemical products across diverse industries.
Identify, pursue, and convert recent business opportunities into long-term customer partnerships.
Generate sustainable sales growth while maintaining healthy profit margins.
Build and strengthen relationships with manufacturers, distributors, traders, and industrial customers.
Develop and execute market expansion strategies while identifying new product and business opportunities.
Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and contracts with customers and suppliers.
Collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, and operations to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to shape effective business strategies.
Represent the company at customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events.
Manage a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed revenue and business objectives.
