About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Appointment Generation Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential prospects, initiating conversations through outbound outreach, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy cold calling, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.

Immediate joiners only, starting on 10 August, on site, night/US shift, self transport.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and research prospective clients across target industries.
Generate qualified appointments through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound sales channels.
Qualify prospects based on business needs, decision-making authority, and potential fit.
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage decision-makers.




Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize appointment conversion.
Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve campaign performance and lead quality.
Meet and exceed monthly KPIs related to outreach, appointments booked, and pipeline generation.

Required Qualifications
12th Pass with relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–4 years of experience in Appointment Generation, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or International BPO Sales.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and relationship-building abilities.
Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar CRM platforms is preferred.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Salesloft, Outreach, or similar prospecting tools is an advantage.
