Mouda Plant Since inception is in FRP business Commenced operations in 1994 as a unit of pennar Aluminium. Mouda unit was a sick unit under BIFR Act since 1998.Hindalco acquired the assets of PALCO, from ARCIL under SARFASI Act March 4, 2006. Being a Sick Unit for a long time, the unit has lagged behind in development of positive management practices.
It is a major challenge to turn around this unit into a profitable unit. As well now Mouda is in a massive growth path and entering in Foil business which requires special skill set and total change of mind set and flexibility as per the needs of the business as most of the clients are from Pharmaceuticals & Food industries. In coming couple of years the existing manpower will be doubled.

Implement statutory compliances, by maintaining all records.
Conducting industrial hygiene studies (noise, dust, illumination, heat stress, etc.)

KRA2 Periodic Medical Check-up
Arranging for specialized and institutional treatment.
Monitor periodically the health status of vulnerable groups of employees.
Health monitor cards to employees suffering from chronic illnesses.
