Job Purpose:

To lead end-to-end site construction and execution activities for large-scale Wind projects (100+ MW portfolio) by driving safe, timely, and cost-effective project delivery while managing all site functions, contractors, OEM coordination, and cross-functional execution teams.

Job Context & Major Challenges:

Operating from remote wind project sites, the role is responsible for overall construction leadership and execution management across multiple work fronts including civil, electrical, mechanical, WTG erection, commissioning coordination, logistics, EHS, and stakeholder management.

Key challenges include managing large-scale execution under aggressive timelines, handling multiple contractors and OEM dependencies, coordinating heavy equipment and logistics in remote locations, ensuring workforce productivity and safety, resolving site-level execution bottlenecks, and driving seamless coordination across all site functions to achieve commissioning targets.

The role requires a solid site execution leader currently handling complete site responsibility for Wind projects.



Profiles limited to Mechanical Lead, Electrical Lead, or purely Project Planning/Project Management roles without direct site leadership exposure will not fit the requirement.

Contractor & OEM Management

Coordinate with WTG OEMs, EPC contractors, crane agencies, and vendors for execution alignment and issue resolution
