About the Role
We are looking for a Growth & AI Marketing Manager who thrives in a quick-paced environment and thinks like a founder. This role goes beyond traditional marketing execution. You will own the complete growth journey, from positioning and brand building to demand generation and revenue impact.
You will work directly with the founders to build a scalable, AI-powered marketing engine that drives awareness, qualified leads, and business growth.
Key Objectives
As our Growth & AI Marketing Manager, you will:
Build and launch 3–5 scalable marketing channels.
Establish a strong founder-led content and PR strategy.
Generate qualified inbound leads from CXO-level decision-makers.
Implement AI-powered marketing workflows and automation.
Build a predictable lead generation engine.
Position VectorStack as a thought leader in AI and Technology Consulting.
Strengthen our presence across LinkedIn, Website, Content, Email, and PR.
