Roles & Responsibilities
Work as a Business Analyst / Scrum team member to support Agile delivery teams.
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
Manage and track requirements using JIRA and other ticketing tools.
Participate in sprint planning, grooming, review, and retrospective meetings.
Prepare process documentation, BRDs, FRDs, SOPs, and workflow diagrams.
Create presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

2–3 years of experience in Business Analysis / Scrum / Agile environment.
