About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Merchandiser to join our furniture manufacturing team. The role will be responsible for coordinating between customers, sales teams, designers, production, sourcing, quality control, and logistics to ensure smooth execution of furniture orders from initial inquiry to final shipment.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of furniture products, materials, manufacturing processes, costing, buyer communication, and order execution. Experience in domestic or export furniture sales and merchandising will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Customer Development
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
Identify current sales opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Communicate with buyers regarding product requirements, designs, specifications, prices, and delivery schedules.
Prepare quotations and commercial offers based on customer requirements.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, samples, and orders.
Negotiate prices, quantities, lead times,



and other commercial requirements within company guidelines.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
2. Furniture Merchandising
Understand furniture designs, dimensions, materials, finishes, construction, and functionality.
Study customer requirements and convert them into clear product specifications for the factory.
Coordinate development of new products, prototypes, samples, and pre-production samples.
Prepare and maintain product specifications, BOMs, costing sheets, and order details.
Ensure all customer-approved specifications are correctly communicated to production.
Coordinate with designers and production teams for product modifications and improvements.
Maintain accurate records of product samples, specifications, prices, and revisions.
3. Order Management
Handle orders from confirmation through production and shipment.
