Roles & Responsibilities
About the Role:We are looking for a Tech Lead – AMS with strong hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, ServiceCloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate willlead AMS delivery, ensure high-quality technical solutions, and provide continuous improvementsand support for existing Salesforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Salesforce AMS projects, ensuring smooth operations, incidentresolution, and enhancements.
Work closely with clients to gather requirements, analyze issues, and proposescalable technical solutions.
Design, configure, and customize Salesforce components across Sales Cloud, ServiceCloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
Monitor system performance, handle integration support, and ensure platformoptimization.
