Roles & Responsibilities
Administer, configure, and maintain Siebel CRM environments (Development, Test, UAT,Production).
Perform Siebel installation, upgrades, patching, and environment refreshes.
Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
Develop and customize Siebel components including Business Components, Business Objects,Applets, Views, and Workflows.
Design and implement Siebel configurations using Siebel Tools.
Work on Siebel EAI/EIM for data integration, migration, and interface development.
Manage user access, responsibilities, and security administration.
Perform root cause analysis and provide permanent fixes for production issues.
Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and cross-technical teams.
