Are you an experienced US Bench Sales Recruiter with a strong network of Tier-1 Vendors, Implementation Partners, Preferred Vendors, and Direct Clients?
If you have a proven track record of generating interviews, negotiating rates, and successfully placing IT consultants, we'd love to connect with you.
What You'll Do
Market IT consultants to Tier-1 Vendors, Preferred Vendors, Implementation Partners, and Direct Clients.
Generate quality interviews and drive successful consultant placements.
Build and leverage strong vendor relationships to create recent business opportunities.
Handle the complete Bench Sales lifecycle—from marketing to placement.
Negotiate bill rates and ensure maximum consultant utilization.




What We're Looking For
3-7 years of hands-on US Bench Sales experience.
Strong active vendor network with consistent placement history.
Expertise in W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, GC, OPT, EAD, TN, and US staffing processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-driven professionals who can consistently deliver closures.
