We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements. You will play a key role in ensuring that business objectives are translated into clear functional requirements, enabling the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
The Business Analyst should possess excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills, with the ability to understand business challenges and recommend practical, technology-driven solutions.
Requirements
Evaluate business processes, identify requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop effective solutions.
Manage and track requirements throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.
Stay updated with the latest business processes and IT advancements to support automation and system modernization.
Interpret customer requirements into feasible business and technical solutions, and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
Prepare transparent, accurate, and concise Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) using standard templates.
Conduct peer reviews of business requirements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project objectives.
Translate business and customer requirements into functional specifications that are easy for the development team to understand and implement.
Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely completion in coordination with cross-functional teams
Expertise in AI Tools and Process Automations
Previous experience in handling ERP Projects
Expertise in client ready prototyping using traditional/AI Tools
What we Expect from you?
1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skill
