We are looking for a highly skilled and creatively driven Associate Principal Graphic Designer with 5–8 years of professional experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in core graphics, graphic design, visual communication, and creative execution, with the ability to translate concepts and business objectives into compelling visual experiences.
This role is suited for a designer who combines exceptional creative thinking with strong design fundamentals and can independently manage projects from concept to final delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality visual assets that strengthen brand identity, improve communication, and create engaging experiences across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop innovative and visually compelling designs for digital, print, marketing, branding, and communication requirements.




Own the complete graphic design lifecycle, from understanding creative briefs and developing concepts to execution and final delivery.
Create high-quality visual assets including campaign creatives, social media graphics, presentations, marketing collateral, digital banners, illustrations, and other branded materials.
Apply strong core graphic design principles, including composition, typography, color theory, hierarchy, balance, spacing, grids, and visual storytelling.
Translate complex ideas and business requirements into clear, engaging, and aesthetically solid visual communication.
Maintain consistency across all creative assets by following established brand guidelines and visual standards.
Collaborate with marketing, product, content, brand, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
