Engage in recent transitions to set up seamless reporting systems

Ensure 100% compliance of the BI/MIS team to all applicable compliance
requirements

Cost optimization:

Constantly look for and execute report automation opportunities to achieve cost
reduction and accuracy improvement

Support small to medium complexity automation of processes in service delivery

Stakeholder Management:

Manage conflicting priorities and working relationships effectively

People Management:

Develop the skills of the BI team through continuous training and skill
development workshops
