About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned PR Lead to build and scale our public relations function from the ground up. You will own all aspects of external communications, from media relations and press coverage to founder profiling and brand storytelling. This is a critical role for a high-growth consumer tech company that's scaling operations and market presence across India.

As PR Lead, you'll be the primary interface between Swish and the media ecosystem, craft narratives that position our founders as thought leaders, and drive awareness through earned media. You'll work closely with founders to develop their personal brands, manage crisis communications, and amplify Swish's story across relevant publications and platforms.




This role offers hands-on involvement in building a function from scratch, direct access to leadership, and the opportunity to shape how Swish is perceived in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Media Relations & Earned Media

Develop and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and media outlets covering quick commerce, food tech, startups, and consumer tech
Craft compelling press releases and media pitches that generate coverage in Tier 1 publications
Identify and pursue media opportunities aligned with business milestones, product launches, fundraising announcements, and market expansion
Secure proactive coverage (features, bylines, expert commentary) rather than reactive crisis management alone
Track and measure earned media impact (reach, impressions, brand sentiment, traffic driven)
