Team Leader – Real Estate Sales (Channel Partner)
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader with a robust background in Channel Partner (CP) firms who can lead, inspire and build a high-performing sales team while driving consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead,



mentor and motivate a team of Property Consultants.
• Drive sales performance, site visits, client meetings and deal closures.
• Monitor daily KPIs, pipeline, conversions and team productivity.
• Coach team members through regular training and performance reviews.
• Build strong relationships with developers and business partners.
• Support negotiations and ensure successful deal closures.
• Ensure CRM discipline, reporting accuracy and process compliance.
• Recruit, onboard and develop future sales talent.
• Collaborate with leadership on business growth initiatives.
• Contribute towards startup research, competitor analysis, market intelligence and expansion opportunities.

What We're Looking For
• 5–8 years of experience in Residential Real Estate Sales.
• Minimum 2 years of Team Handling experience.
• Prior experience in a Channel Partner (CP) firm is mandatory.
