Role Description The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for promoting and selling residential and commercial properties developed by ReArch Developers Pvt. Ltd. in office in Gurugram. This full-time role includes meeting prospective clients, conducting property tours, explaining project features, and guiding clients through the entire sales process from initial inquiry to closing. The Real Estate Salesperson will respond to client questions, maintain strong relationships,



and provide consistent follow-up to ensure a positive customer experience. Daily activities include coordinating with the project and design teams, updating and maintaining sales records, preparing basic documentation, and supporting marketing efforts such as open houses and promotional events. The role requires consistent on-site presence at project locations and the ability to work flexible schedule based on client visits and business needs.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and handle client queries professionally.
