Key Responsibilities
AI-Augmented Engineering
Use AI tools to assist in coding, debugging, testing, documentation,
and learning current technologies.
Learn and apply prompt engineering techniques to improve development productivity.
Collaborate with senior engineers to build production-grade software using AI-assisted workflows.
Continuously explore emerging AI tools and best practices.
Backend Engineering
Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Build REST APIs and microservices under the guidance of experienced engineers.
Work with databases, data models, and application integrations.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
Participate in code reviews and engineering discussions.
AI-Aware Development
Learn how AI-powered applications and agent-based systems are designed.
Contribute to building APIs and services that can interact with AI systems.
Gain exposure to enterprise-scale AI workflows and automation platforms.
