About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and performance-driven Amazon Ads Specialist with proven experience in managing high-budget Amazon advertising campaigns (₹1 Crore+ monthly ad spend). The ideal candidate should have expertise in scaling Amazon businesses through Sponsored Ads, DSP, AMC, keyword strategy, bid optimization, profitability analysis, and marketplace growth.

Key Responsibilities
Amazon Advertising
● Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display,Video Ads, and Amazon DSP.
● Manage and optimize monthly Amazon advertising budgets of approximately ₹1 Crore while maintaining profitability and achieving business goals.
● Develop advertising strategies to maximize ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, and overall revenue growth.
● Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations.

Campaign Management
● Launch new product campaigns and scale existing campaigns.
● Create keyword targeting, product targeting, category targeting, and audience targeting campaigns.
● Optimize bids, budgets, placements,



and campaign structures.
● Perform regular keyword harvesting and negative keyword optimization.
● Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and bidding strategies.

Marketplace Growth
● Drive sales growth through effective advertising strategies.
● Improve product visibility, rankings, and organic sales.
● Collaborate with the catalog team to optimize listings for higher conversion rates.
● Identify growth opportunities through new product launches and seasonal campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting
● Analyze campaign performance using Amazon Advertising Console, Amazon Marketing Stream, Amazon Marketing Cloud
(AMC), and Business Reports.
● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
● Monitor KPIs such as:
○ ROAS
○ ACOS
○ TACOS
○ CTR
○ CPC
○ Conversion Rate
○ Impression Share
○ Current-to-Brand Sales
○ Organic Ranking
● Recommend optimization strategies based on performance data.
