Job Description

The DG Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical support, performing on-site service activities, commissioning, troubleshooting, and ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints related to diesel generator systems. The role involves coordination with service engineers, factory teams, vendors, and customers to maintain high service quality, meet operational requirements, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Roles And Responsibilities

Handling customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution.
Solving on-site complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Performing HHP (High Horse Power) DG commissioning and synchronization.




Managing ARAI testing and COP (Conformity of Production) testing procedures.
Handling electrical wiring-related issues, testing problems, and resolving them efficiently.
Managing warranty material follow-ups and reporting to concerned teams.
Handling alternator-related issues and providing corrective solutions.
Maintaining complaints and commissioning reports in the CRM system and ensuring timely
ticket closure.
Preparing and sharing follow-up reports on warranty materials and part shortages.
