* Domain Expert in F&A;, Healthcare or Insurance P&C; and L&A.;
* Mixed domain expertise preferred.

Responsibilities
* Review projects at defined milestone phases (“Go/No-Go” stages) for adherence
to transition methodology, governance framework, and compliance standards
* Drive consistency and compliance across ongoing transitions through
structured audits and progress reviews.
* Ensure that risks are identified, documented, and mitigations or plans of
action (POAs) are in place.
* Escalate discrepancies or deviations in methodology, timelines, or
deliverables as needed.
* Support Transition Managers through periodic coaching, mentoring, and
knowledge-sharing sessions.
* Drive functional capability building initiatives within the Transitions
function through standardized training and development programs.
* Identify and introduce tools, frameworks, or automation solutions that
improve transition visibility and execution
