Role Description The Executive – Analytical Services – LCMS role is a full time, on-site position based in Thane - Wagle Estate
. The role involves performing routine and specialized LCMS analyses, including sample preparation, instrument operation, data acquisition, and data interpretation in accordance with established protocols. The executive will ensure instrument calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance to meet quality and regulatory standards.

Day-to-day responsibilities include documenting analytical results, preparing technical reports, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting method development and validation activities. The role also involves interacting with internal stakeholders and customers to clarify analytical requirements, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications




Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
Excellent communication skills to present analytical findings clearly and prepare precise documentation and reports.
Team management and organization skills to prioritize tasks, coordinate workflows, and meet project deadlines.
Sound understanding of LCMS principles, analytical chemistry, and method development and validation.
Experience with instrument calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and adherence to laboratory quality systems.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.
Familiarity with GLP, GMP, and relevant regulatory guidelines for analytical laboratories is an advantage.
Ability to work accurately under timelines, maintain detailed records, and follow standard operating procedures.
