Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong pipeline of prospective learners and corporate clients. The Business Development Executive will engage with potential customers, present Skill Ladders’ course offerings, and manage accounts to ensure long-term relationships and repeat business. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research,



reaching out via calls, emails, and meetings, coordinating with marketing and product teams, tracking performance metrics, and preparing regular sales reports.
Qualifications
Strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify opportunities and drive growth.
Business acumen with experience in sales or business development within education, training, or related sectors.
Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
Account Management capabilities to nurture client relationships, handle inquiries, and support retention.
Ability to work with targets, analyze sales data, and use CRM or sales tools efficiently.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in EdTech or professional training services is an advantage.
