Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in the Pune District. The Sales Executive will support sales activities by identifying prospective clients, conducting introductory calls, and presenting Luminova’s lighting and automation solutions. Daily responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, preparing quotations and basic proposals, following up on leads,



and assisting in closing sales under the guidance of senior team members. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for order processing, tracking deliveries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The Sales Executive will be expected to maintain accurate sales records, participate in product training, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
Basic understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and interest in business development.
Comfort with learning technical aspects of lighting and automation products, and explaining features and benefits clearly to customers.
Ability to work on-site in the Pune District, manage time effectively, and handle multiple leads and follow-ups.
