Job Description

The Trainee/Erector is responsible for assisting in the installation and erection of structural components, machinery, or fabricated systems in office. This is an entry-level role suitable for individuals interested in developing a career in construction, mechanical installation, or steel erection. The position offers on-the-job training with a focus on safety, quality, and technical skills.

Roles And Responsibilities

Assist senior erectors and technicians in the installation of lifts/elevators
Learn to handle and assemble elevator components such as rails, cabins, doors, motors controllers
Use appropriate tools, machines, and safety equipment
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines strictly to ensure a hazard-free work environment on-site
Maintain basic site records, checklists, and installation progress reports
