We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Analyst
In this role, you will:
Partner with business and technology teams to shape solutions that meet business objectives and protect existing functionality.
Elicit, analyse and validate business requirements for new and enhanced software capabilities.
Produce clear, complete and testable requirements with strong attention to detail (e.g., user stories,



functional requirements, acceptance criteria).
Perform holistic impact analysis across processes, data, systems and controls to avoid regressions and unintended consequences.
Translate business needs into delivery artefacts (user stories, process flows, Confluence documentation, presentations) to support build and test.
Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, walkthroughs and reviews, driving alignment and timely decisions.
Communicate analysis outcomes confidently to technical and non-technical audiences, tailoring messages to stakeholder needs.
Support Agile delivery ways of working, including backlog refinement/grooming, clarifications during development and sprint ceremonies.
For GCB5 scope: review and approve completed development work ahead of production release and track benefits/outcomes post-implementation.
