Services Support Associate II, Finance Services- Hyderabad

Work you’ll do

This role would mainly involve auditing expenses for practitioners of Deloitte U.S. Firms. Thorough understandings of policies to ensure expenses reimbursed are in compliance with the Deloitte U.S. Firm’s Expense and Reimbursement policies.

Job Responsibiliti es:
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of U.S. Firm’s Expense and Reimbursement Policies (APRs)
Gain greater understanding of the end to end business and work independently
Identify instances of n on-compliance, spending patterns, unusual data trends, and potential fraud/abuse
Research discrepancies identified during audit, determine an appropriate course of action for resolving issues based on results of the audit
Communicate effectively with the employees and PPD’s and highlight findings and bring open issues to closure
Follow-up on results of review and analysis; develop draft reports as needed; develop recommendation s for improving policy and/or procedure




Prioritize important time-based tasks (both primary and team’s tasks) and continuously strive to improve review processes to ensure appropriate level of coverage is completed in an efficient manner
Interact with respective Team Leads and Managers to resolve issues of a highly confidential or sensitive nature
Own and deliver responsibiliti es with quality and within required timelines

Qualifications

Graduate in Commerce
1 to 2 years of experience; experience in audit will be an added advantage / preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Robust decision making and anal
