Work you'll do

As a Specialist Deputy Manager, Talent Acquisition on the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for supporting campus recruiting strategy and execution across aligned hiring programs.

Manage end-to-end campus recruiting activities,



including hiring rosters, campus events, candidate selection, offers, and internship-to-full-time conversion support
Build and maintain relationships with campuses, Training and Placement Officers, student organizations, and internal stakeholders to support hiring goals
Plan and execute recruiting events, presentations, interviews, and assessment processes in coordination with business leaders, vendors, and recruiting teams
Monitor recruiting data, reporting, budgets, and process metrics to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and data accuracy across recruiting systems
Support strategic campus initiatives, including school outreach, brand-building activities, stakeholder communications, interviewer enablement, and special projects
