We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Tele Caller cum Business Development Executive to join our growing team and contribute to our Australian client acquisition and lead generation efforts.

Role Overview
As a Tele Caller cum Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for engaging prospective customers through outbound calls, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, nurturing prospects,



and guiding them through the enrollment journey. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by achieving monthly enrolment KPIs, converting qualified leads into successful enrolments, maintaining consistent follow-ups, handling objections effectively, and delivering a seamless customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle. You will also maintain accurate CRM records, collaborate with internal teams, and support business development initiatives to maximise conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence in engaging with international clients, and priority will be given to candidates with prior experience working in the Australian market.

Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers and inbound warm leads during Australian business hours.
Introduce company services and products and effectively communicate value propositions.
