About the Role:
The Senior Software Engineer will lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of T-Mobile’s internal Workforce Management platform, with deep expertise across timekeeping, advanced scheduling, and forecasting capabilities powered by UKG Pro WFM (formerly UKG Dimensions).



This is a senior full stack role requiring independent judgment to resolve complex technical challenges, drive design innovation, and deliver high-quality software solutions with a solid emphasis on testing, code quality, and architectural best practices.

The senior engineer will own and evolve Boomi integration architectures connecting UKG to enterprise systems, design and optimize APIs and data pipelines supporting forecasting and scheduling logic, and mentor engineers on patterns and practices that raise the bar for the entire team. Working closely with Product, Architecture, QA, Operations, and Partner teams, they will translate complex workforce management requirements into scalable, maintainable, and well-tested technical solutions that support reliable, secure, high-availability environments.
