Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Agency Manager role based in Gandhidham. The Agency Manager will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring insurance agents, ensuring they are aligned with company values and sales targets.



Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, conducting regular training and review meetings, and driving business growth through agency channels. The role involves building strong relationships with agents, local partners, and customers, supporting agents in field activities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies. The Agency Manager will also prepare periodic sales reports, analyze market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience.
